舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析舒适护理对老年冠心病患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年4月接受治疗的60例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机法分观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用舒适护理模式,经过1个月的治疗护理之后,比较2组患者的睡眠质量效果以及2组患者的满意度情况。结果:观察组患者在给予舒适护理以后,患者的主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物以及日间功能障碍的评分都明显优于对照组患者,观察组患者对护理的满意度也要明显高于对照组,2组患者的情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在老年冠心病患者睡眠质量中具有一定的积极影响,有助于改善患者的睡眠质量,提高护理满意度,使患者的病情得以早日康复。其护理模式效果非常显著,在临床上的价值也非常高,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of comfort care on the quality of sleep in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： Sixty elderly patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD） received treatment from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode and the observation group with comfortable nursing model. After one month of treatment and nursing,the sleep quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The patients＇ satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Comfort nursing has a positive effect on the sleep quality of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which is helpful to improve the sleep quality of the patients,to improve the satisfaction of nursing,and to make the patients recover as soon as possible. In the clinical value is also very high,worth popularizing application.
