摘 要:针对膜技术处理污水时存在膜污染严重及能耗高的问题,采用层层组装法改性聚酯滤布,制备了含聚苯胺(PANI)和Fe-N-功能化还原石墨烯(Fe-N-r GO)催化剂的导电膜,并用该膜耦合膜生物反应器/微生物燃料电池系统(MBR/MFC)处理模拟生活污水.结果表明,MBR/MFC耦合系统处理污水时,系统开路电势达到0.5 V,体系产电最大功率密度达117 m W·m^(-3).体系对COD去除率约为93%,NH_4^+-N去除率为62%,并且去除的NH_4^+-N直接转化为N_2排出系统.经过层层改性,导电膜的表观电阻由最初的完全绝缘提高到58Ωcm^(-1),实验成功地将绝缘材料的聚酯滤布改性为导电膜.该MBR/MFC耦合系统将为节能高效的水处理技术开发提供新思路.Water pollution and energy crisis are two issues worldwide. Conductive membrane was synthesized by modifying filter cloth through layer-by-layer method. Then, the as-prepared conductive membrane coated with polyaniline (PANI) and Fe-N- doped reduced graphene oxide (Fe-N-rGO) catalyst was used in membrane bioreactor (MBR) / microbial fuel cell (MFC) coupled system, to recover energy from wastewater. The results showed the open circuit voltage of the MBR/MFC coupled system reached 0.5 V, and the maximum power density was 117 mW · m^-3. The contaminants removal rates of the MBRIMFC coupled system were:COD accumulated as 93 % ,NH4^+-N accumulated as 62 %. Moreover,the removed NH4^+-N of the system was converted to N2 according to this tests. This study successfully modified filter cloth from insulation to conductive state after being coated with two pieces of Fe-N-rGO and PANI,and the conductivity of the prepared conductive membrane was 58 · cm^-1. This study provided a new way for the development of energy-saving and efficient wastewater treatment technologies.
