摘 要:模拟CSP工艺分别试制2种不同成分(试样A和试样B)的Hi-B钢,对比研究其初次再结晶退火(830℃×5min)后组织、织构及抑制剂等相关内容。利用Zeiss Axioplan光学显微镜观察试样金相组织,NOVA400Nano型场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行微观织构电子背散射衍射(EBSD)的数据采集,JEM-2100透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察析出物的形貌、大小及分布情况,同时借助选区电子衍射(SAED)及能谱仪(EDS)分析抑制剂。结果表明:试样A平均晶粒尺寸比试样B小;试样A析出物主要为Cu_2S和AlN,试样B则为MnS和AlN;试样A中Goss织构及{111}〈112〉等有利织构含量与试样B相比较多且分布更均匀,{110}〈112〉等不利织构含量则相对较少,且Σ3、Σ5、Σ9等有利晶界较多。The influence of different inhibitors on textures after primary recrystallization(830℃,5 min)of Hi-B steel manufactured by stimulating CSP process was studied by Zeiss Axioplan optical microscope(OM),NOVA400 Nano field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD),JEM-2100 transmission electron microscope(TEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)which specimen was made by the second extraction replica method.The results show that the average grain size of sample A is smaller than that of sample B.The inhibitors of sample A and B are mainly Cu_2S and AlN,MnS and AlN.Contents of favorable Goss and{110}〈112〉texture of sample A are relatively more than that of sample B.The contents of unfavorable texture such as {110}〈112〉texture are relatively small.MoreΣ3,Σ5 andΣ9 CSL grain boundaries occur in the sample A.
