洗车用气水枪的设计与应用

摘　　要：当前淡水资源日益匮乏、机动车保有量迅速增长,淡水洗车造成了水资源的大量浪费。而洗车气水枪可以通过调节开关的选择和开度来调节水和压缩空气的比例,在高压水枪的水流中加入一部分压缩气流,水气结合进行清洗,做到节约水资源的目的。同时,还可单独用压缩空气进行吹干操作,也可在不更换清洗地点的情况下清洗空气滤清器和空调滤清器,提高作业效率。The current shortage of fresh water resources and the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership have caused a lot of waste of water resources. The car washing air water gun can regulate the proportion of water and compressed air by adjusting the selection and opening of switches, adding a part of compressed air flow into the flow of high-pressure water guns, combining water and air to clean up, so as to achieve the purpose of saving water resources. At the same time, it can also use the compressed air for blow drying operation, and also can clean the air filter and air conditioner filter without changing the cleaning place, so as to improve the operation efficiency.
