摘  要:介绍21×8-9 14PR SD6000工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径518 mm,断面宽193 mm,行驶面宽度174 mm,行驶面弧度高1 mm,胎圈着合直径227 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.85。花纹型号为SD6000,花纹深度24.5mm,花纹周节数26,花纹饱和度72%。施工设计:胎面采用二方二块结构,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,胎体采用6层1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝;采用半芯轮式成型机成型、四立柱硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能满足设计和相关标准要求。The design on 21×8-9 14 PR SD6000 industrial vehicle tire was introduced. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 518 mm,cross-sectional width 193 mm,width of running surface 174 mm,arc height of running surface 1 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 227 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 0. 85,pattern depth 24. 5 mm,number of pattern pitches 26,and block/total ratio 72%. In construction design,the following processes were taken:two formula and two piece construction for tread,2 layers of 930 dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cords for breaker ply,6 layers of 1400 dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cords for carcass ply,Φ1. 0 mm tempered bead wire for bead,and using flat-core tire building machine to build tire and four pillar curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and corresponding standards.
