应用正交试验研究橡胶与钢丝帘线的粘合性能

摘  要:采用正交试验对钢丝胶配方中的硫化体系和粘合体系进行研究,探讨各配合剂的最佳用量。结果表明:促进剂用量对胶料T抽出力的影响较大,各配合剂对胶料初始粘合力的影响大小依次为:促进剂、氧化锌、间-甲-白体系、钴盐、硫黄;相对于基本配方,优化方向是适当减小间-甲-白体系和促进剂用量,以提高胶料的初始粘合力和耐老化性能;通过补充试验验证,得到最优组合。The curing system and adhesive system of rubber compound were studied by orthogonal test, and the optimum addition level of each ingredient was discussed. The results showed that, the addition level of accelerator had great influence on T pull-out force, the effect of each ingredient on the initial adhesive force between the compound and steel cord decreased in the order of accelerator 〉 zinc oxide 〉 resorcinol- formaldehyde-silica system 〉 cobalt salts 〉 sulfur. Compared with the original compound, the optimization direction was to decrease the addition level of resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica system and accelerator,so as to improve the initial adhesion force and aging resistance of the compound. The sample possessed the best properties was found.
