摘 要:研究超高强度新型钢丝帘线0.22+18×0.20ST在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线相比,0.22+18×0.20ST钢丝帘线直径和线密度较小,满足轮胎轻量化、绿色环保的要求;以0.22+18×0.20ST钢丝帘线替代0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线应用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体的生产,成品轮胎外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,且滚动阻力降低,满足绿色轮胎安全、低油耗、可翻新、绿色环保的要求。The application of new 0.22+18×0.20ST super high strength steel cord in the carcass of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,the diameter and linear density of 0.22+18×0.20ST steel cord were smaller than those of 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord,respectively,which could meet the requirements of light weight and green tire.When 0.22+18×0.20ST steel cord was applied in tire carcass production to replace 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord,the overall dimension,strength and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standard,and rolling resistance was reduced,which met the requirements of green tire for high-safety,low fuel consumption,retreadable and environment protection.
