On the Differences between Oriental and Western's Privacy

摘　　要：Nowadays, with the development of cultural globalization, people cares more about privacy.Firstly, this thesis cares about the differences. Besides, it analyzes the formation of their concepts of privacy. There are a lot of differences between the oriental countries and the western countries. As far as I am concerned, the emphasis and law level of privacy are the main differences.In the end, cultural factors behind privacy differences are discussed, including Individualism in Western Culture and Collectivism Idea in Oriental Traditional Culture.Nowadays, with the development of cultural globalization, people cares more about privacy.Firstly, this thesis cares about the differences.
