摘　　要：单克隆丙种球蛋白病能引起多种肾损害,肾内科医师必须提高对它们的认识及改进诊治水平。文章对这类疾病的概念、分类、发病机制、实验室检查、肾脏病理检查及治疗做了介绍,以提请临床医师给予足够重视。Monoclonal gammopathy can cause various renal damages. The nephrologists have to improve their recognition of the disease and the levels of diagnosis and treatment of them. In this paper, the definitions, classification, pathogeneses, laboratory tests, renal pathological examinations and treatment of these monoclonal gammopathy-associated kidney diseases have been discussed in order to promote clinicians to pay enough attention to them.
