摘 要:设计了一种具有多路平行螺旋水路结构的真空快淬冷却铜辊,并通过数值模拟计算对比分析了普通结构和改进后结构的内部流场和温度场。模拟结果显示冷却水经由具有多路平行螺旋水路冷却铜辊后,能够在短时间内通过,出口处水流速度更快并且温度更高,表明通过多路平行螺旋水路的结构设计,冷却水能够带走更多的热量,因此快淬冷却铜辊拥有更高的热交换能力。在此基础上,设计制作了具有4路平行螺旋水路结构的冷却铜辊,装机并进行了快淬实验,取得了显著的实际效果。A vacuum rapid quenching cooling copper roller with multi-channel spiral water circuit structure which parallel to each other was designed.The flow field and temperature field in the normal structure and improved structure are compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the cooling water can through the multi-channel spiral water circuit of cooling copper roller in a short period of time,with the faster outlet water flow and high temperature.It showed that the design of multi-channel spiral water circuit of parallel structure,cooling water can take more heat,so has higher heat exchange capacity.On this basis,a cooling copper roller with 4-channel spiral water circuit of parallel structure has been designed and applied to vacuum rapid quenching experiment,and a significant practical result has been achieved.
