发情前期和发情期格力犬的血清孕酮水平及其适配期的冻精人工授精  

The Progesterone Level in the Preoestrus and Estrous Greyhound and the Artificial Insemination for Freezing Semenin the Suitable Breeding Period

摘　　要：对处于发情前期和发情期的格力犬的血清孕酮水平进行了测定,并对人工授精进行了指导研究。结果表明:(1)随着发情天数的增加,血清孕酮水平逐渐增加,前14 d增加缓慢,但在第15~16天增加显著加快,第16天时达到24 ng/m L以上;(2)处在LH峰前期、LH峰期、LH峰后期、排卵前半期、排卵后半期的格力犬距离适配期的平均时间分别为10.0 d、7.16 d、4.88 d、3.26 d和2.08 d,范围分别是7~14 d、4~13 d、3~7 d、2~5 d和1~3 d;(3)试验对64只适配期母犬进行了冻精的过子宫颈人工授精,结果有56只犬怀孕产仔,产仔率达87.5%。The serum progesterone levels of preoestrus and estrousgreyhounds were measured and the time to suitable artificial insemination for frozen semen was studied. The results showed that：（ 1） With the increase of estrous days,progesterone level was gradually increased,and the increase of progesterone level was relatively slowin the first 14 days. However,in the fifteenth and sixteenth days,the increase of progesterone level was remarkably faster,and the average progesterone level rose to more than 24 ng/ml in the sixteenth day.（ 2） The mean time to suitable breeding from LH peak prophase,LH peak period,LH peak anaphase,the first half period of ovulation,the second half of ovulation were 10. 00 d,7. 16 d,4. 88 d,3. 26 d and 2. 08 d,and the time range were 7-14 d,4-13 d,3-7 d,2-5 d and 1-3 d.（ 3） The artificial insemination for frozen semen was carried out in 64 female greyhounds which was only in the suitable breeding period. The results showed that there were 56 bitches in the farrowing,and the average farrowing rate was 87. 5%.
