摘 要:为了测定不同年龄比格犬红细胞压积、脆性,给动物实验提供基础数据。选取不同年龄的健康比格犬,检测其红细胞压积、脆性,并对结果进行统计分析。结果显示,红细胞压积与年龄、性别相关,成年犬红细胞压积大于幼年犬、育成犬与老年犬,差异显著;成年公犬的红细胞压积大于成年母犬,差异显著;红细胞压积随年龄增长表现为先增高后降低。红细胞脆性与年龄无直接联系,幼年公犬和成年公犬红细胞脆性的最小抵抗值差异显著,其余各生长阶段的最小抵抗值无明显差异,最大抵抗值变化较大。本次测定表明,不同性别和年龄的比格犬红细胞压积、脆性存在差异。The study was to investigate the hematocrit,red cell osmotic fragility of Beagle dog at different ages,and provide basic data for animal experiments. Healthy beagle dogs with different ages were selected,and the hematocrit and red cell osmotic fragility in dogs were studied. The results showed that the hematocrit was associated with the age and sex of dogs. The hematocrit of adult dogs was significantly higher than that in puppies,growing dogsand older dogs,respectively,and male dogs was significantly higher than that in bitches. Furthermore,the hematocrit was first increased and then decreased with the increase of ages of dogs. The red cell osmotic fragility did not have the directly relationship to the ages. Red cell osmotic fragility minimum resistance had no significant difference for every growing stage exceptmalepuppies and adult male dogs. There was significantly difference in the maximum resistance for concentration gradient of brine of red cell osmotic fragility for every growing stage and sex. This study suggests that there difference in the hematocrit and red cell osmotic fragility in Beagle dogs with differentgenders and ages.
