摘  要:本文对两相厌氧工艺处理稻草石灰法蒸煮废液进行了研究。产酸相为有效容积5.51的普通上流式反应器,甲烷相为有效容积19.51的UASB。系统温度35℃。当进水COD浓度为11.7gCOD/1~14.0gCOD/1时,负荷可达8.3gCOD/1·d~10.0gCOD/1·d,此时的COD去除率达76%~80%。又当进水COD浓度为20.7gCOD/1时,负荷可达14.0gCOD/1·d,此时的去除率仍达69%。水力滞留时间约1.48~1.66天,所产沼气中含CH_4约70%。去除每克甲烷约产沼气0.41。无论产酸相还是甲烷相都可培养出颗粒污泥,系统对负荷的冲击有较强的耐受能力。This paper reports the method of treating Waste liquor Irom lime rice-straw semichemical pulping with two-phase anaerobic digestion.A general upflow reactor with 5. 5 1 effective volume was used as acidification phase. A UASB reactor with 19. 5 1 effective volume was used as methane phase. The reaction temperature was 35℃ t when the concentrations of influent COD varied from 11. 7 g COD/1 to 14. 0 g COD/1 and columetric loading rate from 8. 3 g COD/1 · d to 10. 0 g COD/1 · d, 76%-80% of COD could be removed. Separately, when the concentrations of influent COD was 20. 7 g COD/1 and volumetric loading rate was 14. 0 g COD/1 · d about 69 % of COD could be removed. HRT was about 1. 46- 1. 66 days. CH4 content was about 70%. Biogas yield of 1g COD was about 0. 4 1. The granular sludge was found in both acidification reactor and methane reactor. The system could afford quite strong fluctuation of load.
