摘 要:研究协同催化型复合钴盐FH-20在全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用,并与新癸酸钴和硼酰化钴进行对比。结果表明:随着FH-20用量的增大,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力增大,拉伸强度和回弹值先增大后减小,撕裂强度变化不大;与加入0.9份的新癸酸钴或硼酰化钴胶料相比,加入0.45份FH-20胶料的粘合性能相当,物理性能和耐热老化性能更优;热重分析显示,FH-20的初始分解温度低于新癸酸钴,表现出更高的化学活性。Application of concerted cobalt salt catalyst FH-20 in the belt compound of radial tire was investigated,and compared with cobalt neocaprate and cobalt boroacylate. The results showed that,as the addition level of FH-20 increased,the scorch time and optimum curing time of the compound were shortened,the hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate increased,the tensile strength and rebound value increased at first and then decreased,and tear strength changed little. Compared with the compounds with 0.9 phr cobalt neocaprate or 0.9 phr cobalt boroacylate,the adhesion property of the compound with 0.45 phr FH-20 was equivalent,and the physical properties and heat aging resistance were better. TG analysis showed that,the temperature of initial decomposition of FH-20 was lower than cobalt neocaprate,and it showed higher chemical activity.
