摘 要:采用自主设计的串联式连续混炼设备,在保证下游连续混炼机各段机筒控制温度一定的条件下,研究下游连续混炼机转子转速对胶料内部硅烷偶联反应程度的影响。结果表明,在下游连续混炼机喂料段、混炼段、挤出段机筒控制温度分别为145,135,125℃的条件下,当转子转速为30 r·min^(-1)时,胶料停留时间为2.75 min,排胶温度为154℃,胶料内部硅烷偶联反应程度最高,白炭黑补强效果最好。Taking independently developed series type continuous mixing equipment,the effect of rotor speed for downstream continuous mixer on the degree of silane coupling reaction in the compound was investigated at controlled temperature for each section of the mixer barrel. The results showed that,when the temperatures of feeding section,mixing section and extruding section were 145℃,135℃ and 125℃,respectively,the rotor speed was set at 30 r·min^-1,the residence time of compound was 2.75 min,and the discharging temperature was 154℃,the degree of silane coupling reaction reached the highest value and the best reinforcing effect of silica was obtained.
