摘  要:在液相状态下,利用球磨机对白炭黑进行研磨,制备白炭黑水分散体,研究分散体中白炭黑粒径对湿法混炼天然胶乳/白炭黑胶料性能的影响。结果表明,不同粒径白炭黑胶料的性能差异较大,当白炭黑聚集体粒径为9.4μm时,胶料的综合性能最佳。In this study,silica aqueous dispersion was prepared by grinding using a ball mill and the effects of silica particle size in the dispersion on the properties of the natural latex/silica compounds by wet mixing were investigated. The results showed that,the properties of NR/silica compounds with different particle size of silica were significantly different,and when the particle size of silica aggregates was 9. 4 μm,the properties of the compound were the best.
