摘  要:建立了氯丁橡胶(CR)生胶含量测定的校正曲线分析方法。结果表明:热重分析时样品最佳称样量为10mg,升温程序中650℃时的保温时间为20 min,可保证样品完全裂解;通过以CR实际生胶含量为纵坐标、热重分析法测定的生胶含量为横坐标建立的校正曲线,可根据热重分析法测定的生胶含量得到实际生胶含量;测定的准确率在97.95%~104.12%之间。The analytical method of determination of the raw rubber content of chloroprene rubber(CR)based on calibration curve was established. The results showed that the optimum sample weight for thermogravimetric analysis was 10 mg,and the sample was fully decomposed after 20 min at the maximum oven temperature of 650 ℃. The calibration curve was established between the known raw rubber content of CR and the raw rubber content obtained from thermogravimetry test of the same CR sample. Based on the calibration curve,the actual raw rubber content of CR could be obtained through the raw rubber content determined by thermogravimetry analysis. The accuracy of this method reached between 97.95% and 104.12%.
