摘 要:随着国家《"十三五"规划纲要》出台,钢铁行业同时脱硫脱硝刻不容缓。本文在氨法脱硫基础上,复合一种氧化脱硝技术,对烟气中的SO_2和NO_x进行联合脱除,考察了不同工艺制度对其脱硫脱硝效率的影响,并对其脱硝机理进行了研究。结果表明,在一定范围内提高添加剂OHK用量、吸收液中SO_3^(2-)浓度均有利于提高脱硫率和脱硝率;相比常规氨-硫铵法,氧化法联合氨-硫铵法脱硝率由23.18%升高到45.67%,提高了22%左右,且脱硫率能保持在98%左右;烟气中的NO被氧化为NO_X后一部分被(NH_4)_2SO_3还原为N2,另一部分被吸收液吸收转化为NO_3^(-1)。With the announcement of ((Outline of "the national 13th five-year plan")), simultaneous desulfurization and denitrifieation of sintering flue gas in the iron and steel industry is urgently needed. Based on ammonia-based desulfurization, the oxidization and denitrifieation technology are integrated for simultaneous removal SO2 and NOx in sintering flue gas, the effects of different process systems on its desulfurization and denitrifieation are investigated, and its denitrification mechanism is also studied. The results indicate that, the efficiency of desulphurization and denitrification can be improved by increasing dosage of additive OHK and SO'concentration of absorbing solution within a certain range. Compared with the conventional ammonia- ammonium sulfate method, the denitrification rate of sintering flue gas rises from 23.18% to 45.67% with the oxidation method combined with the ammonia-ammonium sulfate method, and it increases by about 22%, and the desulfurization rate can also be maintain at about 98%. The NO in the flue gas is oxidized to NOx and then some of them is reduced to N2 by (NH4 )2S03, and the other part is transformed into NO3-1by the absorption liquid.
