摘 要:对Q460钢不同部位的显微组织和硬度进行了分析,并采用环块式和销盘式滑动磨损试验条件进行了摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,Q460钢的边部和心部组织都为铁素体和珠光体,而心部组织相对粗大、平均硬度相对较低;环块式滑动磨损试验条件下,随着加载载荷的增加,无润滑和油润滑条件下Q460钢的磨损失重和磨损率都呈现为逐渐增加的趋势,当载荷相同时,无润滑条件下的磨损失重和磨损率高于润滑条件下的试样;销盘式滑动磨损试验条件下,随着载荷的增加,Q460钢的磨痕深度和磨损率都呈现为逐渐增加的趋势;当载荷为20 N时,Q460钢的磨损主要以疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损为主;当载荷增加至40 N时,Q460钢的磨损则主要为疲劳磨损。The microstructure and hardness of different parts of the 0460 steel were analyzed, the friction and wear test were carried out by using ring block type and pin disk sliding wear testing. The results show that the microstructure of edge and core of Q460 steel spindle are ferdte and pearlite, the microstructure of center is relatively large, and the average hardness is relatively low; Under the condition of ring block sliding wear test, with the increase of loading load, the wear loss and wear rate of Q460 steel under the condition of no lubrication and oil lubrication are gradually increasing, and when the load is same, the wear loss and wear rate under no lubrication condition are higher than that under the lubrication condition. Under the test condition of disc sliding wear, with the increase of load, the abrasion depth and wear rate of Q460 steel are gradually increasing with the increase of load. When the load is 20 N, the wear of 0460 steel is mainly fatigue wear and abrasive wear. When the load increases to 40 N, the wear form of Q460 steel is mainly fatigue wear.
