摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备了0.2%,0.4%,0.6%和0.8%不同体积分数的连续碳纤维增强的铝基复合材料,研究了连续碳纤维加入量对复合材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳纤维体积分数的增加,复合材料的弯曲强度先增大后减小,当加入0.4%时其弯曲强度达到最大值。断口形貌可见中部的碳纤维很难和铝合金结合。The effect of continuous carbon fiber addition on the structure and properties of composite materials was studied by using the powder metallurgy method to prepare 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% of continuous carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites. The results show that with the increase of carbon fiber volume fraction, the bending strength of composite materials increases first and then decreases, when adding 0.4%, the bending strength reaches its maximum. It is difficult to combine the carbon fiber with aluminum alloy in the materials center.
