摘 要:采用金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM),研究了在铸态AM50镁合金中单独添加Ca元素和同时添加Ca和Sr元素对微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在AM50合金中单独添加Ca后,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率随Ca含量增加而显著下降;在含有1.6%Ca的AM50合金中同时添加Sr,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率随Sr含量提高而明显提高。其结果与合金的凝固收缩孔隙率变化趋势一致。此外,随着Ca、Sr含量的提高,合金的屈服强度也逐渐提高。The effects of adding Ca elements and adding Ca and Sr elements on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast AM50 magnesium alloys were studied by metallographic microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy will decrease significantly with the increase of Ca content in AM50 alloy. The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are significantly increased with Sr in the AM50 alloy containing 1.6%Ca. The result is consistent with the change trend of solidification shrinkage porosity. In addition, the yield strength of alloys increases gradually with the increase of Ca and Sr content.
