摘 要:对3种不同成分的热轧钢管显微组织、力学性能、失重腐蚀和电化学腐蚀性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,3种不同成分的热轧钢管的组织都为铁素体和珠光体,单独添加Cu或者复合添加Cu和Cr后基体组织中的晶粒逐渐等轴化,且珠光体也逐渐转变为多边形块状;复合添加Cu和Cr的钢管C的强度最高,断后伸长率与单独添加Cu的钢管B相当;钢管B和钢管C的强度和塑性都高于钢管A,屈强比都介于0.65~0.69之间;复合添加Cu和Cr的钢管C具有最优的耐腐蚀性能,在钢管中添加Cu和Cr元素后,钢管的腐蚀类型从点腐蚀逐渐向均匀腐蚀过渡。The microstructure, mechanical properties, weight loss corrosion and electrochemical corrosion of hot-rolled steel tubes with 3 different compositions were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of hot-rolled steel tubes with 3 different compositions is ferrite and pearlite, after adding Cu alone or composite adding Cu and Cr, the grains in the matrix gradually become equiaxed, and the pearlite gradually changes into polygonal blocks. The addition of Cu and Cr composite steel C has highest strength, elongation and a single addition of Cu steel B. The strength and plasticity of the steel B and steel C are higher than A, the yield ratio is between 0.65-0.69. The composite addition of Cu and Cr steel C has the best corrosion resistance; the corrosion types of the steel pipe gradually change from point corrosion to tmiform corrosion when the Cu and Cr elements are added into the steel pipe.
