摘  要:运用Flow 3D软件对大型液压机机架进行数值模拟,预测可能产生的缩孔缩松等铸造缺陷,并优化铸造工艺,用于指导该类零件的生产。结果表明,采用4个直浇道和8个内浇道的底注式浇注系统,可以保证钢液平稳充型,通过设置6个明冒口、型腔内设置由Φ16 mm的同材质螺纹钢搭建内冷铁,可以强化铸件厚壁区域的冷却,并促进钢液补缩。最终获得组织致密的铸件,通过超声波探伤检测,铸件达到2级质量标准。Numerical Simulation was carried out by Flow-3D software for large-tonnage hydraulic press frame to predict casting flaws such as shrinkage cavities and porosities, which was used to optimize casting processes and guided production of the casting. The results show that the bottom gating system containing 4 sprues and 8 inner gates ensure that molten steel fill into cavity steadily. The 6 open risers and internal chill construct by 16 mm in diameter screw thread steels strengthen the cooling of thick areas and promote feeding effects. At last, the dense casting of the structure is obtained, and the casting reach the quality standard of grade 2 by ultrasonic flaw detection.
