摘 要:用于生产精密合金的1.3 t真空感应炉,其在浇注过程中由于目前使用的中间包存在流场分布较不合理、临界起漩高度较高等问题,结合该实际物理过程,通过因次分析法获得相似准数,建立过程相似模型,研究了不同內型结构对中间包流体流场的影响。结果表明,在该中间包内使用导流隔墙效果优于无控流措施,导流隔墙的结构对中间包流动特性影响较大。与原方案中间包结构相比,优化后的中间包的流体流动特性得到很大改善,平均停留时间从39.46 s延长到了50.03 s,死区体积分数从27.82%降至14.47%。通过系统取样分析发现优化后铸锭内T[O]和T[N]大幅降低。1.3t vacuum induction furnace used in the production of precision alloy was facing unreasonable swirling flow tundish distributions and higher critical spiral height and other problems in the process of melt injection. Combining with the actual physical process, the similarity number through sub-analysis was obtained, a similar model was established, and then analyzes the influence of different internal structures on the tundish fluid field. The results show that the use of diversion wall in tundish is better than no flow control measures. The shape of the diversion wall has a great effect on the flow characteristics. Compared with the former tundish configuration, the flow characteristics are improved to a great extent in the optimal one. Average residence time is increased from 39.46 s to 50.03 s respectively. The fraction of dead zone volume decreases from 27.82% to 14.47%. The results of industrial application show that the T[O] and [N] reduce greatly.
