摘 要:为分析工艺参数对铝合金板材两点对称式渐进成形破裂过程的影响,以空洞损伤理论为基础,建立韧性破裂准则,并对准则进行实验验证。以韧性值为评价指标,从工具头直径、进给量、进给速度、板材厚度、成形角等影响因素出发,利用非线性有限元分析软件Marc开展模拟实验,重点分析在不同成形时期工艺参数对两点对称式渐进成形中铝合金板材破裂过程的影响规律。结果表明,成形角对铝合金板材韧性破裂值的影响最大,其次是板厚、工具头直径和进给量,进给速度对韧性破裂值的影响最小。For the analysis of process parameters on the aluminum alloy plate two symmetric incremental forming, the ductile fracture criterion was established based on the cavity damage theory, and the criterion was verified by experiments. Toughness value as evaluation index, from the head diameter, feed, feed speed, plate thickness, the influence factors such as forming angle, and simulation experiments conducte by nonlinear finite element analysis software Marc, the influence of forming process parameters in different period on the two symmetric incremental forming the influence law of aluminum sheets in the failure process were analyzed. The results show that the forming angle has the greatest influence on the ductile fracture value of aluminum alloy plate, followed by the thickness of plate, diameter of tool head and feed amount, and the influence of feed speed on the toughness fracture value is minimal.
