摘 要:铝合金材料在汽车上的应用越来越广泛。采用再生铝制备汽车零部件的主要难题在于非铝夹杂元素含量较高,影响铝合金材料的工艺性能与使用性能。目前,通过原料分拣和从熔体中排除非铝夹杂元素的技术,可以部分分离非铝元素,但仍有大量非铝夹杂元素混入。改善非铝夹杂元素的析出相及其析出形态,是提高废铝再生质量的有效手段,可以促进再生铝在汽车零部件制造领域的广泛应用。Al alloys has been more widely used in automobile industry. The main problem of Al scrap recycling process for manufacturing auto components was the high contents of non-aluminum inclusion elements, and this would reduce the technical capabilities and service performances of A1 alloy materials. At present, Al scrap materials sorting technology and the process of excluding non-Al inclusions element from the melt were used, and the non-Al elements content can be reduced, but a large number of non-Al inclusions were brought into the melt. How to improve the morphology and distribution of non-Al elements precipitation phases is an effective method to advance the quality of scrap recycled products, and it could promote the wide range of applications in the field of auto parts manufacturing.
