摘  要:以我国百万千万级压水堆核电机组主蒸汽隔离阀为例,对主蒸汽隔离阀的设计要求与结构特点进行了详细的介绍,结合主蒸汽隔离阀的国产化研制现状,对该设备技术难点和研制过程中应重点关注的问题,如阀门设计计算、阀门执行机构的选用、原材料的质量保证、阀门密封性能、样机的鉴定等方面进行分析,相关内容在主蒸汽隔离阀的国产化过程中均得到了验证。Taking the Main Steam Isolation Valve(MSIV) of the million kilowatt class pressurized water reactors in China as the examples, the design requirements and structure characteristics of MSIV were introduced in detail, and considering the present situation of the localization of MSIV, the technical difficulties and the key issues during the development were analyzed in-depth, such as the valve design and calculation, the driving device selection, quality assurance of materials, valve sealing performance, and valve prototype qualification. The relevant contents have been verified in the localization of MSIV.
