摘　　要：文章试图针对新时期城市更新发展的特定挑战,从城市微更新的角度出发,通过种种相对概念的思辨,初步建构城市微更新的研究框架。文章首先简要梳理了关于城市更新理论的发展,进而提出了新时期的城市微更新的理论方法,在此基础上从文化、社会、技术、空间四个方面对于城市微更新的特征与内涵进行了归纳。Aiming at the specific challenges of urban renewal and development in the new era, this article tries to construct a research framework of urban micro-renewal through the speculation of various relative concepts. The article first briefly reviews the development of the theory of urban renewal, and then puts forward the theory and method of the urban micro-renewal in the new era. On this basis, it summarizes the characteristics and connotations of urban micro-renewal from four aspects： culture, society, technology and space.
