冬青叶鼠刺苗木培育和生长规律研究

摘　　要：为培育优质冬青叶鼠刺苗和探索其生长规律,对其播种育苗以及1、2、3年生植株培育技术和2、3、15年生植株生长规律开展研究。结果表明:4月播种幼苗出土比5月晚3 d,而植株总叶数多2片;幼苗0~1 a期间生长缓慢,341 d茎长、根长分别为6.0 cm和8.0 cm,植株鲜重、干重分别为0.9996 g和0.4142 g;营养袋培育1年生、2年生苗各部分生物量均比苗圃的高;遮荫处理2年生苗各部生物量高于未遮荫,3年生苗根、茎生物量高于未遮荫,而叶生物量与未遮荫持平;不同年龄植株新叶数增长规律,与多年生植株相比,幼年植株新叶产生持续时间长、新叶数多,新芽长、生长速度慢。因此,冬青叶鼠刺播种育苗以4月播种为宜,搭遮荫网和薄膜,用营养袋培育容器苗遮荫处理可培育健壮植株。The seedling cultivation and 1-year-old, 2-year-old, 3-year-old plants cultivation techniques and the growth law of 2-year-old, 3-year-old and 15-year-old plants were studied in order to cultivate high quality seedlings of Itea ilicifolia Oliv. and research its growth regularity. The results showed that planting I. ilicifolia Oliv.＇s in the April seedling emergence was 3 days later than in May, while the total number of leaves was more than that of 2 pieces. I. ilicifolia Oliv.＇s seedlings of 0~1 a during 341 days have slow growth, stem length, root length were 6.0 cm and 8.0 cm, respectively, plant fresh weight and dry weight were 0.9996 g and 0.4142 g. The biomass of different parts of nutrition-bag cultivation seedlings of 1-year-old, 2-year-old I. ilicifolia Oliv. were high than nursery shading. I. ilicifolia Oliv. Biomass of 2-year-old seedlings was higher than that of the shade, root and stem biomass of 3-year-old seedlings were higher than that of shade, and leaf biomass with no shade flat. Compared with the perennial plants, the growth rule of leaves＇ number of juvenile plants was that new leaves lasted for a long time, the new leaf number was more, new bud was longer, grow slower. Therefore, the sowing time of I. ilicifolia Oliv. was in April, and should be a shade net and film, with nutrition bag cultivation of container seedling shading can breed vigorous I. ilicifolia Oliv. plant.
