摘  要:脊髓损伤(SCI)是受到直接或间接暴力损伤后导致的一种神经功能障碍的疾病,为脊柱骨折的严重并发症,按损伤机制可分为原发性损伤和继发性损伤,其中氧化应激与SCI继发性损伤的发生发展有着密切的关系。我们通过对SCI中氧化应激作用的研究,进一步阐明SCI继发性损伤的发病机制,并对近年来针对抗氧化治疗出现的抗氧化剂进行分析,为SCI的治疗提供新的方向。Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a neurological disorder disease caused by direct or indirect violence, which is a serious complication of spinal fractures. It can be divided into primary injury and secondary injury by injury mechanism. There is a close relationship between oxidative stress and secondary injury. In this article, the pathogene- sis of secondary injury was further elucidated by the research of oxidative stress in SCI, and the anti - oxidants on anti - oxidative therapy appeared in recent years were analyzed to provide a new direction for SCI treatment.
