摘 要:为更好地满足市场需求,实现公铁联运物流园区成功招商与运营,以贵州省某公铁联运物流园区为例,从工业、商贸、物流业发展3个方面挖掘物流需求量,将物流园区定位为以铁路运输、公路运输为核心功能,以仓储配送、流通加工、金融服务、商务服务、生活服务为辅助功能的现代化公铁联运物流园区,确定成件包装货物、散堆装货物等4大经营类别,以及铁路货运区、公路货运区等5大功能区。在此基础上,确定园区物流设施、商务设施及生活设施等各功能需求,为公铁联运物流园区规划设计和投资决策提供依据。This paper takes a motor-rail multimodal transportation logistics park in Guizhou Province as an example to explore the requirements and market positioning of the logistics parks, in order to better meet the market demands, attract more investments and maintain good operation of the parks. This case study probes into the demands for logistics services in the development of three sectors: industry, commerce and logistics and accordingly identified rail and road freight as the primary function and storage and delivery, distribution processing, financial, business and living services as the secondary functions of the modern motor-rail multimodal transportation logistics park. To be specific, the park offers logistics services for packed goods, goods in bulk and stack, heavy bulk cargo and containers in five internal areas of the park: rail freight, road freight, public warehouses, comprehensive processing and services. Based on the findings of the case study, the paper recognizes the functional requirements of the park: logistics, business and living facilities, which will provide the basis for making decisions on planning and investing in the motorrail multimodal transportation logistics parks of the same kind in the future.
