摘 要:防止车辆溜逸一直是车务部门作业的重点与难点。针对车辆防溜的问题,车务部门制定了详细的作业管理办法和作业流程,同时积极研发各种信息化、智能化的防溜设备及监控手段,以及加强人员培训和应急演练,构建了人防、物防、技防"三位一体"的安全保障体系。针对车辆防溜作业中存在的不足,提出逐步推进防溜设施改造及基础研究、提升防溜器具和防溜监控技术科技含量、优化防溜作业组织和运输组织、强化规章制度落实等车辆防溜对策,以强化停留车辆防溜安全控制,减少车辆溜逸等问题的发生。Wheel slide protection is regarded as the top priority of train operators. To reduce wheel slip or slide, besides introducing management plans and a standard operating procedure(SOP), this paper develops intelligent information systems that are able to detect and prevent wheel-slide during braking or wheel-slip during acceleration. Other measures include enhancing the training of staff and conducing emergency exercises, and they are supposed to contribute to a safety assurance system. Focusing on the defects found in the system, this paper proposes such measures as updating wheel slide protection equipment, developing scientifically sophisticated devices to detect and prevent wheel-slide, improving operations management, and strictly following the SOP. These approaches are expected to reduce wheel slide of standing trains.
