摘　　要：只有在全社会范围内形成了一种热爱阅读、善于阅读的风气,并建立起必要的引导和激励机制,人们才能通过不断和广泛的阅读提高各方面的素质,从而更好地服务社会。首先分析大学生的阅读现状,然后探讨如何建立起一个有效的机制,使大学生能够自觉地进行阅读,善于进行阅读,从而更好地成长。Only by forming agood reading atmosphere in the society,and establishing the necessary guidance and incentives,people can improve all aspects of quality through continuous and extensive reading,and better serve the society.The current situation of college students＇ reading is analyzed,and then how to set up an effective mechanism is discussed to enable college students to read consciously and be good at reading so as to get better growth.
