摘 要:在分析车门外板结构和工艺特点的基础上,制定了4道工序的冲压工艺方案,借助Auto Form软件进行模拟分析与设计经验相结合,对车门外板成形工序进行了三维建模,对拉深模结构进行了设计。将CAE成形模拟分析的结果应用于模具的加工调试,针对生产现场试模出现的问题提出了整改措施,最终制造的各工序模具成形的工序件均合格。Based on the analysis of door outer panel structure and process characteristics, four stamping processes were put forward. Combined with the simulation of AutoForm soft- ware and design experience, 3D model of forming process for door outer panel was set up by using CATIA software, the structure of the drawing die was designed. A simulation anal- ysis on the drawing process was applied to the manufacture of a drawing die, and the cor- responding problems were appeared in the production such as cracking at the door handle. Also the rectification measures were put forward, which has made quality products.
