摘　　要：分析了汽车用中厚板的冲压成形工艺与中厚板制件卸料困难的影响因素及当前卸料方式的缺陷,并根据中厚板制件的特点设计了一种新型的卸料结构即刚性卸料装置,详细阐述了该装置的具体结构、设计要点以及工作过程。设计的刚性卸料装置能实现快速稳定地卸料,显著降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。The stamping process of the automobile plate was analyzed. By finding out the factors and the defects of the original dumping way, a new rigid dumping structure was de- signed according to the characteristics of plate. The structure, design point and work pro- cess were expounded.
