摘　　要：科技产业在全球已成为现代产业中的核心产业,国家、地区间的竞争已逐渐演变成科技实力的竞争,研究科技产业发展战略对地区经济发展具有重要意义。本文首先分析了黑龙江省科技产业发展情况及其存在的问题,运用SWOT分析和波特钻石模型理论分析了科技产业竞争力现状。在此基础上,对科技产业的未来发展进行总体布局,提出了黑龙江省科技产业发展战略选择,为科技产业发展提供参考。Science and technology industry has become the core industry of modern industries in the world. The competition between countries and regions has gradually evolved into the competition of science and technology strength. It is of great significance to study the development strategy of science and technology industry to regional economic development. It first analyzes the development of science and technology industry and its existing problems in Heilongjiang, and applies SWOT analysis and Potter diamond model theory to analyze the competitiveness of science and technology industry. On this basis, the general layout and the strategic choice of the future development of science and technology industry in Heilongjiang are put forward, so as to provide reference.
