以电针为主持续植物状态综合促醒方案的临床效果

摘　　要：本文介绍了电针为主持续植物状态的综合促醒方案,并附脑外伤和脑出血患者成功促醒的案例以供临床工作者参考使用。该促醒方案的特点为:早期促醒,取穴主要以头面部对称部位同名穴为主,头部电针跨中线应用,使用调幅、变频,瞬间刺激和持续刺激相结合的高强度刺激,同时配合中药、西药、运动疗法、感官刺激等中西医结合的综合康复方案。在促醒的同时强调早期康复介入的重要性,早期康复可以维持关节活动度,减少促醒后的功能障碍,在临床取得了很好的效果。This paper introduced electroacupuncture arousal comprehensive program mainly in persistent vegetative state. The cases of traumatic brain injury and intracerebral hemorrhage were successfully used for clinical practitioners. The characteristics of the arousal program： early awaking acupoints mainly in the head and facial symmetry part of same acupoints,the head electroacupuncture across the middle line,using the amplitude,frequency,intensity and duration of stimulation of high moment stimulation combined with stimulation,at the same time with the comprehensive rehabilitation program of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,sensory stimulation and exercise therapy. The importance of early rehabilitation intervention was emphasized. Early rehabilitation can maintain the mobility of joints and reduce the dysfunction after awakening,and has achieved good results in clinical practice.
