摘　　要：本文回顾中医药传入法国的历史,集中梳理中医药在法国4个历史阶段的概况,从七个方面对法国百年中医药进行了概述:针灸临床、经络研究和临床研究;经典翻译与国际标准;中医教育与考试认证;导引气功的发展;中药研究与中药业;政府合作民间交流;中医药目前状况与合法化前景。通过中药企业的落地生根、2016年以来针灸临床研究的重大变化、在国立医院面向大众开放的中医中心等实例,提示了中医药学同法国主流医学、替代医学进行交流、交融的价值和意义在于:和而不同获得增值效应;借石攻玉带来倒逼效应;镜面互鉴引起双赢效应。近年来从事中医药教育和实践的民间机构为争取中医立法的行动,则提示了中医药学在法国的全面认可只是时间问题,尽管雄关漫道前程一定光明。This article reviews the history of TCM introduced into France and concentrates on the general survey of traditional Chinese medicine in four historical stages of TCM in France. I will summarize the TCM in seven aspects： acupuncture clinical,meridian research and clinical research; classic translation and international standards; traditional Chinese medicine education and test certification; development of Qigong; Chinese medicine researchand the Chinese medicine industry; the cooperation with the government and the civilian; the current situation and the prospect of legalization of Chinese medicine. Through the Chinese medicine industry rooting into France and the major changes in the clinical study of acupuncture and moxibustion since 2016 and the opening of the Chinese medicine center to the public in national hospitals,the value and significance of the communication and blending of traditional Chinese medicine with alternative medicine and the mainstream medicine a in France are the added effect of harmony but difference; the forced effect of By Other＇s Fault,Wise Men Correct Their Own; the win-win effect of the mirror interaction. In recent years,the folk institutions engaged in traditional Chinese medicine education and practice have shown that the comprehensive recognition of traditional Chinese medicine in France is only a matter of time.
