摘  要:通过测定蝌蚪血红细胞微核率,对淮安市区及周边不同区域水质诱发蝌蚪红细胞微核及核异常进行比较研究.结果表明:染毒1w后,淮安市里运河(淮海路段与黄河路交叉点)、淮安市开发区古淮河水(大同路和水渡口大道交叉点)、淮安市淮安区文渠组(大八字桥至北水关段)水质诱发蝌蚪红细胞微核率均大于对照组(P<0.01).提示淮安市里运河、开发区古淮河水、淮安区文渠水水质对蝌蚪红细胞具有显著的遗传毒性,水样中有致变物的存在.This paper mainly investigates and compares the effects of water bodies from Huai'an city and the peripheral regions induced by the existence of the micronucleus and the abnormal nucleus of tadpole red blood cells. The results show that the inducing rates of tadpole red blood corpuscles micronucleus cell are higher than the control( P 〈 0. 01) after the tadpoles have lived in water for one week. The results suggest that the water really contain some remarkable hereditary toxicity to tadpole's red blood corpuscles,thus it is concluded that there are mutational substances in liyun river,kaifaqu river and wenqu river.
