摘　　要：我国农村水资源储量大,能够进行开发利用的潜力很大,但是我国农村地区的科学技术落后、生产能力差,加上人为破坏等因素影响,造成农村地区水资源开发利用不足。这使得农村地区水资源问题不断发生,影响农村居民的生活和农业生产活动,阻碍了农村居民水平的提升和农业发展的步伐。因此,笔者细致分析了农村水资源开发利用中存在的问题,并提出了农村水资源有效利用的相应措施。China＇s rural water resources have large reserves, and there is great potential for development and utilization. However, the backwardness of science and technology in rural areas in China, poor production capacity, and man-made damage have caused the lack of development and utilization of water resources in rural areas. This has caused the continuous occurrence of water resources problems in rural areas, affected the life of rural residents and agricultural production activities, and hindered the improvement of the level of rural residents and the pace of agricultural development. Therefore, the author meticulously analyzed the existing problems in the development and utilization of rural water resources, and proposed corresponding measures for the effective use of rural water resources.
