摘 要:为了提高水轮机叶片的加工质量,对水轮机叶片加工机床床鞍的动静态性能进行有限元分析。对水轮机叶片加工机床床鞍进行三维建模、网格划分,依据水轮机叶片加工机床床鞍在实际工作情况下受到的载荷及约束,建立床鞍的仿真模型,研究床鞍的静刚度和模态性能,并通过实验证实了模态分析结果的准确性。通过对水轮机叶片加工机床床鞍进行动静态有限元分析,为床鞍结构优化设计提供了有益的参考。In order to improve the processing quality of hydraulic turbine blade,static and dynamic finite element analysis on sad- die of the hydraulic turbine blade processing machine tool was carried out. Through conducting three-dimensional modeling and mesh generation on the saddle of a hydraulic turbine blade processing machine tool,a simulation model of saddle was built in ac- cording to the load and constraint in the maehine tool saddle' s practical operating condition. On the basis of the saddle' s simulation model,the static stiffness and modal properties was studied. The accuracy of the modal analysis resnhs was verified by experiment. The static and dynamic finite element analysis on hydraulic turbine blade processing machine tool ' s saddles has provided helpful referenees for the structural optimization design of saddles.
