摘 要:论述了2016—2017年我国高炉炼铁生产概况和技术经济指标的变化,分析了近两年来我国炼铁生产在去产能、提高原燃料质量,以及高炉大型化、炼铁环保技术和非高炉炼铁技术等方面取得的进展,指出了在原燃料质量、高炉高风温、高炉长寿、炼铁节能环保等方面存在的问题。认为,炼铁生产应持续改善原燃料质量,全面贯彻精料方针;提高精细化操作水平,降低燃料比;重视高炉长寿系统技术,继续推广高风温技术,发展节能环保技术,探索高炉大数据及可视化技术;重视炼铁资源及环境保护;注重基础理论研究,不断研发新工艺和新技术,努力实现绿色高效炼铁生产。The paper describes China's ironmaking production situation and techno-economic index evolution from 2016 to 2017 and analyzes China's efforts with respect of de-capaclty of iron and steel production, upgrade of raw material and fuel quality, popularization of large sized blast furnace, as well as application of enviromnent-friendly ironmaking technology and non-blast furnace technology in the past two years. In addition, it also discusses the problems existing in the aspects of raw material and fuel quality, high blast temperature, long campaign, energy saving and environment protection. The author points out that ironmaking production shall focus on : ( 1 ) constantly improving raw material and fuel quality by using beneficiated material, upgrading delicacy operation level and reducing the fuel rate; (2) highlighting long campaign system technology of blast furnace, promoting high blast temperature technology and developing energy saving and environmental protection technologies; (3) exploring BF's big data and visualization technology with importance attached to ironmaking resources and environmental protection; (4) strengthening basic theoretical research to develop new process and new technology with aim of realizing green and efficient ironmaking production.
