摘  要:为探究滑模摊铺机行进姿态,提高其行驶稳定性,采用Jewell倾角计对施工常用滑模摊铺机在不同工况下进行倾角测量,并对倾角半波长分布进行统计对比,得出其行进颠簸姿态的相关规律,结果如下:滑模摊铺机的行进呈现短波颠簸波动性,对半波长度在0.1-0.5m、0.5m-1m波段的横向颠簸进行有效控制,对提高路面平整度可起到积极作用。当摊铺机基准线桩距加密、摊铺速度降低时,其横向颠簸稳定性有所提高;同SP850相比,自重更大、四履带支反力更大、摊铺能力更强的SP1600型摊铺机行驶稳定性更好。当SP850处于施工状态下,下方混凝土的支反力有效地减少了摊铺机长波段颠簸的产生,其小波段波动显著。由此,实际施工中可针对上述结论对工艺进行适当改进,减少摊铺机颠簸的生成以提高路面整体质量。In order to explore the bumpy posture of the sliding paving machine and improve its driving stability,Slipform paver's angle of dip could be measured by the Jewell tilt meter,which is commonly used in different construction conditions.After the semi-wave length statistics,the rules of the bumpy posture is obtained.The results are as follows:the slip-form paving machine is running with shortwave bumps volatility;effective control of half-wave lengths of 0.1~0.5 mand 0.5 m~1 mhas a positive influence on improving road surface roughness;when the paving machine's baseline pile spacing encryption and the paving speed is reduced,the lateral bumpy stability has improved;SP1600's paving ability,self-weight and track support forces are much more stronger than SP850,there is no doubt that SP1600's driving stability is better.When the SP850 is in the construction condition,the supporting force of the concrete which is under the machine is effectively reduced the generation of the long band waves,and its wavelet fluctuates significantly.Thus,to improve the quality of road,the construction technology can be improved based on the conclusions which has been mentioned in this paper.
