摘 要:通过自制的静电纺丝设备,以聚酯长丝为芯纱纺制聚氨酯-Fe3O4纳米纤维包芯纱。通过改变电压、喷丝速度,研究纱线线密度、强度的变化。试验结果表明:在电压为17-21kV,喷丝速度为4.77-9.53mL/h,卷绕速度为3.2m/min时,制备的聚氨酯-Fe3O4纳米纤维纱成形良好。喷丝速度对纱线的线密度有明显的影响,随喷丝速度增加,纱线的线密度增大。电压对纱线的线密度、强度影响不明显。扫描电子显微镜分析表明:纳米纤维包覆芯纱效果良好,水浴涡流对纱线的加捻稳定。纺出的纱线存在Fe3O4颗粒,织造性能较好。By using self-made electrospinning equipment, polyurethane-Fe3O4 nano fiber core spun yarn is spun with polyester filament as the core yam. By changing the voltage and spinning speed, the change of yarn fineness and strength is studied. The result shows that when the voltage is 17-21 kV, spinning speed is 4.77-9.53 mL/h and the winding speed is 3.2 m/min, the prepared polyurethane-Fe3O4 nano fiber yarn has a good formation. Yarn spinning speed has an obvious effect on yarn density, and yarn density increases with the spinning speed. The number of voltage has no obvious effect on the yarn density and strength. Scanning electron microscope analysis shows that the nanofiber coating core yarn has good effect, and the water bath vortex is good for yarn twisting. The produced yarn with Fe3O4 nano-particles on it features good weaving properties .
