摘 要:随着医疗卫生体制改革的深化,大型公立医院基于内、外部因素的刺激,积极的探索医疗集团化发展,其中在以资产为纽带的紧密型医疗集团模式下,根据核心医院与各医疗机构的隶属关系,可分为院区和分院。本研究通过对院区及分院进行对比分析,为大型公立医院管理者结合医院实际及地区特色,针对性发展紧密型医疗集团提供参考借鉴。With the deepening of medical and health care system reform, based on the promotion from internal and external factors, public hospitals are exploring medical collectivization development. In the tightly - organized medical groups linked by assets, medical groups can be divided into hospital areas or hospital branches, according to the interrelationship among core hospital and other medical institutions. By comparatively analyzing hospital area and hospital branch, references for improving tightly - organized medical groups combining with its status and regional characteristics were put forward.
