摘　　要：目的:对农村高血压、糖尿病健康管理服务的效果进行分析,探寻影响健康管理服务效果的因素,提高服务质量。方法:采用描述性统计分析健康管理服务各项目对高血压、糖尿病控制的效果,然后采用多元逐步回归和有序多因素Logistic回归对健康管理服务效果的影响因素进行分析。结果:健康管理服务对病情控制总效果相对偏低,49.15%的患者认为健康管理服务对病情控制有效,但健康管理服务各项目对病情控制效果较好,70%~80%患者认为帮助较大,健康生活方式指导、血糖及体征检测、健康知识宣传、用药指导、免费体检等5个因素是影响高血压、糖尿病健康管理服务效果的主要因素,其中影响总效果最大的是健康生活方式的指导。结论:加强农村患者健康生活方式的指导,通过加强政府监督考核力度,提高健康管理服务效果。Objective To analyze the effect of health management services for rural patients with hypertension and diabetes, and explore its influencing factors. Method The effect of hypertension and diabetes control by health management services was studied with descriptive statistical analysis. And the influencing factors were studied with multiple stepwise regression and ordered Logistic regression. Results The overall effect of health management service was low. Only 49. 15% of patients believed the effect of health management services on diseases control, but the actual effect of disease control of different health management services was well. 70% - 80% of them thought that it was helpful. The main factors to influence the effect were healthy lifestyle guidance, blood glucose detection, health knowledge propaganda, medication guidance and free medical examination, in which healthy lifestyle guidance had the greatest influence. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the guidance of healthy lifestyle for rural patients and governmental supervision to improve the effectiveness of health management services.
