摘  要:采用中频感应热处理法对SA335-P92钢焊接接头进行了焊后热处理,通过拉伸试验、冲击试验、弯曲试验测试和金相组织观察分析了中频感应热处理对接头的力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:相对于柔性陶瓷电阻加热方法,采用中频感应热处理得到的焊接接头的组织和力学性能沿管壁方向的分布较均匀,焊接接头抗拉强度、焊缝区的冲击功及弯曲性能均满足标准要求。The post-weld heat treatment of SA335-P92 steel welded joint was carried out by using medium frequency induction heat treatment, and the effects of medium frequency induction heat treatment on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the joint were investigated by tensile test, impact test, bending test and metallographic observation. The results show that compared with the flexible ceramic resistance heating method, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the jont obtained by using the medium frequency induction heat treatment are distributed uniformly along pipe wall direction. The tensile strength of the welded joint, the impact energy of weld zone and bending properties meet the standard requirements.
