摘　　要：针对传统的采用二维方式作为设计工具和信息传递媒介的项目交付模式,存在工作整合、信息传递等方面不够理想,未能真正实现项目的集成化管理的问题。文中研究和设计了一种基于BIM的EPC项目信息化管理系统。该系统由工程信息与文档管理模块、设计管理模块、采购管理模块、施工管理模块组成,使用BIM技术实现EPC项目管理,从而完成了采购过程和电子商务平台的对接。系统实现与测试结果表明,该系统具有收集更新、录入存储、加工处理质量信息和数据的功能,方便企业进行集中管理。In view of the traditional project delivery model that adopts two-dimensional mode as the design tool and information transmission medium, there are some problems such as job integration, information transmission and so on, which are not ideal enough to realize the project＇s integrated management. A design and research project based on BIM EPC project information management system. The system consists of engineering information and document man- agement module, design management module, procurement management module and construction management mod- ule. The project uses BIM technology to realize EPC project management, and realizes the docking of purchasing process and e-commerce platform. The hardware and software implementation and research results show that the sys- tem has the function of collecting and updating, inputting and storing, processing and processing quality information and data, facilitating enterprises to conduct centralized management
