摘 要:将木质素磺酸钠分别与甲醛、乙醛、丙醛和苯甲醛经羟醛缩合反应得到了木质素磺酸聚合物(LF-A,LF-B,LF-C,LF-D);采用水热合成法以糠醛、十二烷基苯磺酸钠为原料制备了磺化碳材料(FS),将LF-A,LF-B,LF-C,LF-D及FS用于催化D-木糖脱水制备糠醛,并考察了催化剂种类、反应溶剂、时间、催化剂用量及反应温度对糠醛收率的影响。结果显示:LF-A催化效果较好,当原料D-木糖1.0 g,反应温度170℃,反应时间4 h,LF-A 0.08 g,溶剂为γ-丁内酯时,糠醛的收率可达72.9%;采用XRD、FTIR、TG-DTG、SEM和TEM对固体酸催化剂的结构进行了表征,并发现表面酸强度与催化活性成正比。A series of polymeric lignosulfonate materials(LF-A,LF-B,LF-C,LF-D) were synthesized through phenol-formaldehyde condensation reaction of sodium lignonsulfonate(LF) with formalin,acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde and benzaldehyde,respectively. Sulfonated carbon(FS) was prepared by hydro-thermal synthesis method using furfural and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) as raw materials. The obtained carbon-based solid acids including LF-A,LF-B,LF-C,LF-D and FS were used as catalysts to synthesize furfural from D-xylose. Moreover,the factors affecting the yield of furfural such as catalyst type,reaction solvent,reaction time,catalyst dosage,and reaction temperature were investigated. The results showed that LF-A catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity than the other catalysts. The yield of furfural could reach 72.9% when the reaction was carried out at 170 ℃ for 4 h using 0.08 g LF-A as catalyst,γ-butyrolactone as solvent and 1.0 g D-xylosed as raw material. These catalytic materials were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TG-DTG,SEM and TEM techniques. In addition,the relationship between catalyst structure and activity was discussed. It was found that the strength of acid sites on catalyst surface was proportional to the catalytic activity.
