摘 要:以4,4¢-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2¢-二磺酸(DSD酸)为发光母体、三聚氯氰为交联剂,利用亲核取代反应将对氨基苯磺酸、壳寡糖引入到发光母体上,合成了一种悬挂型壳寡糖荧光低聚物(COS-FBs)。然后,将其作为反应原料,利用改进的St?ber合成法制备出了一种改性荧光纳米粒子聚合物(Si O2/COS-FBs)。利用FTIR、XPS和TEM对其理化性质进行了表征,UV-vis和荧光光谱考察了其光物理性能,同时也通过紫外老化实验考察了其在纸张上的返黄抑制效果。结果表明:Si O2/COS-FBs具有规则的球形结构,粒径为90 nm左右;经38 h光处理后,Si O2/COS-FBs对纸张的光返黄抑制效果优于COS-FBs,涂有Si O2/COS-FBs纸张的白度降低量比COS-FBs纸张少2.53%ISO。A pendant chitosan oligosaccharide fluorescent oligomer(COS-FBs) was synthesized via nucleophilic substitution reaction using 4,4¢-diaminostilbene-2,2¢-disulfonic acid(DSD acid) as a luminescent parent,cyanuric chloride as a crosslinking agent. The COS-FBs formed hybrid complex(SiO2/COS-FBs) with SiO2 by an improved St?ber synthesis method. The structure,morphology and particle size of the as-prepared samples were studied by FTIR,XPS and TEM. The photophysical properties of samples were studied by UV-vis spectroscopy and photoluminescence(PL) technique. At the same time,the prepared SiO2/COS-FBs was used as a yellowing inhibitor for paper and the anti-ultraviolet aging performance was investigated by UV aging experiment. The results showed that the synthesized SiO2/COS-FBs were regular spherical structure with an average particle size of 90 nm. The SiO2/COS-FBs was superior to the COS-FBs in terms of the effect of anti-UV aging,and the declining brightness of the paper with the addition of SiO2/COS-FBs was lower 2.53% ISO than that of the paper with the addition of COS-FBs after 38 h UV accelerated irradiation.
